Yes, the list is a short one as of 2025 since Samsung has not extended seven years of firmware support to devices launched before the Galaxy S24 series, which is a bummer. But the list will get longer as the months go by and Samsung launches new flagship phones, and hopefully, the company will also bring some mid-range devices into the mix.
